I'm afraid my salon is not suitable for disabled access nor is it safe for babies/children to attend appointments. Huge apologies.

My cancellation policy -please let me know 24hours prior if you need to cancel/reschedule. I completely understand that things come up, life gets busy & plans change. I just want to gently explain why I have a cancellation policy, because it is NEVER personal. When an appointment is cancelled last minute, I cannot refill that slot. That time was reserved just for you. It means lost income, wasted preparation & time I cannot get back. My business supports my bills & my life outside of work. My policies exist to protect that, not to punish anyone. Thank you for understanding & respecting the boundaries I have put in place. I truly appreciate you and look forward to seeing you soon.
